• Participants must ensure all registration details are filled in accurately and truthfully
• Incomplete or incorrect forms may lead to disqualification

Security & Safety Measures

• Security checks will be conducted at the venue
• Outside food, sharp objects, flammable items, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited
• Any participant found under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be immediately removed
• Participants are expected to cooperate with security personnel

Code of Conduct

• Any act of misconduct, misbehavior, or harassment (verbal or physical) will lead to immediate disqualification. Such actions may attract legal consequences.
• Respectful behavior is expected at all times

Photography & Media Consent

• The event will be photographed and recorded
• By registering, participants grant the organizers permission to use their images and videos for promotional purposes. This includes social media, marketing materials, and future event promotions

Vehicle & Property Responsibility

• The organizers are not responsible for loss or damage of any vehicles or personal property
• Participants park their vehicles at their own risk
• Keep valuables secure and do not leave them unattended

Mandatory Dress Code

• TRADITIONAL WEAR IS MANDATORY - NO ENTRY WITHOUT TRADITIONAL ATTIRE
• Valid ID proof required at entry (Aadhar card or government-issued photo ID)
• Event organizers reserve the right to deny entry if dress code is not followed

Entry Pass & Identity Verification

• Participants must carry their Unique Registration ID, Photo ID, and Entry Pass during Garba days
• Entry will be allowed only to registered participants
